A Go/No-Go Ring Gauge Set for M30 x 1.5mm valve threading. Ensures thread accuracy and compliance for stored pressure valves.
Description
The Ring Gauge Set (Go / No Go) is designed for precision thread checking of M30 x 1.5mm stored pressure valve assemblies. The set includes two ring gauges:
- Go Gauge (T – Thick Ring): Ensures the male parallel thread meets the upper tolerance of pitch diameter. The thread should pass through easily.
- No-Go Gauge (Z – Thin Ring): Ensures the male parallel thread is within the lower tolerance. The thread should not rotate more than two full circles inside the gauge.
By using both gauges, the accuracy of valve threading can be confirmed. Any valve that fails the test must be removed from service and documented in the inspection register.
